Most of our Jesmonite homeware is made to order, so please allow 5-7 days for your item/s to be made, sealed and dispatched.

However, some items may be in stock, and will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

​Because of the handmade nature of our products, each item is completely unique. Therefore, there may be some irregularities in colour, pattern, and the possibility of each item having air bubbles.

 

Delivery

With the aim of being more eco friendly and sustainable, all our packaging is fully recyclable, and some taken from recycled/reused packaging which we have gathered up. We also use eco-friendly bubble wrap that is both 100% biodegradable and recyclable.

Delivery costs are calculated by weight, and therefore the final cost will be figured out at the checkout. 

​For customers in the UK, we offer both first and second class postage options. The cost for first class starts at £4.50 and second class at £3.50. Again, the final cost will be determined by weight at the checkout.
